Guidelines for Appicants

• ధరఖాస్తు ఫారములో ఇవ్వబడిన వివరములన్ని పూర్తి చేసిన తర్వాత "Accept & Submit" ఆప్షన్ క్లిక్ చేసిన వెంటనే ఐడి నంబరుతో కూడిన మెసేజ్ సెల్ ఫోన్ నంబరుకు పంపించబడుతుంది.
• వికాస లో నమోదు అయిన అభ్యర్ధి యొక్క విద్యార్హత ప్రకారం ఉద్యోగ అవకాశమును గురించిన సమాచారము న్యూస్ పేపర్ అడ్వటయిజ్ మరియు ఎస్ ఎం ఎస్ ద్వారా తెలుపబడును.
• అభ్యర్ధి ఉద్యోగ అవకాశమును గూర్చి తనకున్న సందేహాలను (జీతము, పనిచేసే స్థలము, పనిని గూర్చి)/ వివరాలను ఇంటర్వ్యూ సమయంలో కంపెనీ ప్రతినిధిని అడిగి తెలుసుకొనవలెను.
• వికాస కేవలము అభ్యర్ధి మరియు కంపెనీ మధ్య సంధానాకర్త మాత్రమే. ఉద్యోగ నియామక విషయములో వికాస కు ఎటువంటి భాధ్యత ఉండదు.
• వికాస లో నమోదు చేసుకున్న ప్రతి అభ్యర్ధికి గరిష్టంగా 5 ఇంటర్వ్యూ / వ్రాత పరీక్షలకు అవకాశములు కల్పించబడును.
• ఇంటర్యు నందు ఎంపిక అయి ఉద్యోగము నందు జాయిన్ అవ్వనిచో వారి రిజిస్ట్రేషను రద్దు చేయబడుతుంది. తదుపరి ఎటువంటి అవకాశములకు అర్హత ఉండదు.
• వికాస కార్యాలయం ద్వారా ధరఖాస్తు నమోదు చేసుకొను సమయంలో గాని ఇంటర్వ్యూ జరుగు సమయంలో గాని మరియు జాబ్ జాయిన్ అయ్యే సమయంలో గాని అభ్యర్ధులు వికాస సంస్థకు ఎటువంటి రుసుము చెల్లించవలసిన అవసరము లేదు.
• దయచేసి మద్య ధళారులును నమ్మవద్దు. మద్య ధళారులుఎటువంటి ప్రలోభాలకు గురి చేసిన వికాస కార్యాలయమును సంప్రదించవలుయును.
• వికాస ఆఫీసు నందు ఇంటర్వ్యూ జరుగు సమయంలో ఒత్తిడి చేసిన మరియు ప్రలోభాలకు గురిచేసిన వారి యొక్క రిజిస్ట్రేషను రద్దు చేయబడును.

• After completion of all details of the application form click the submit button then you automatically you will receive a message contain with ID No. to your Mobile phone number.
• After registering your application in ‘Vikasa’, you will get an opportunity as per your qualification and experience. Counselling dates will be enounced on News Paper and SMS will be sent to candidates mobiles.
• Applicant shall enquire about (Salary, Place of Work, working hours) of the job with the Company HR /Recruiter during counselling.
• ‘Vikasa’ will only facilitates job opportunities to the applicants by arranging interaction between jobseekers and employees.
• ‘Vikasa’ cannot interfere in the recruitment process.
• ‘Vikasa’ will provide maximum 5 interview / written test opportunities to the each and every applicant who are registered in the ‘Vikasa’ Office
• (subject to the availability of opportunities.)
• If the candidate fails to utilize the opportunity after selected for the said job, registration will be cancelled. And no further opportunity will be given to him.
• ‘Vikasa’ will not collect any fee from the candidates at time of application registration, counselling and joining the Work/Job. Applicants are cautioned not to trust mediators.
